We are Fred De Luca and Diana Storin — two serial entrepreneurs brought together by a shared obsession with detail, atmosphere, and most of all, meaning.
Our paths crossed in Panama, after building separate legacies in various industries and different countries — and we discovered something rare: a common vision for hospitality and a new kind of space. Not just beautiful. Not just functional. But places with soul.
We believe the best destinations don’t just host — they speak. They carry a story. And they make you want to stay just a little longer.

Brunch by the sea, with a touch of elegance and wholesomeness on a sun kissed terrace on the Costa del Sol... we even managed to reinvent the sangría !
One became two. Then the two became the most beloved Italian destinations in the city.
Why? Because they didn’t just serve pasta.
They served presence, passion, and the unexpected.
An abandoned oceanfront terrace? Most saw concrete and rust.
We saw sunset rituals, music in the air, sand underfoot, and cocktails infused with memory.
An aging Italian restaurant in a noisy city.
We didn’t just rebrand it—we reimagined it
and gave it a new voice and a story that vibrated with every detail.
